1. For the Do-It-Yourselfer, we can provide a detailed Consultation Report of what you should do to Stage your own home.

This level of Staging is for owner/occupants only. The home must be relatively clutter-free and clean. The homeowner should have a good sense of decorating but the house needs a “Wow” factor. This homeowner simply needs specific direction as to what to do to Stage their own home. They can follow a written plan to accomplish this purpose.

The report will give the homeowner very specific instructions as to where to place everything in the home and what to add to the home, if anything. This level of Staging includes a brief return trip to give advice on any tweaking that may be needed and telephone consultations as needed.

2. Hand-on Staging includes:

·          Consultation with you and your Realtor

·          Furniture and accessory arrangement of the interior, any porches, decks and screened porches.

·          Rental of additional furniture and accessories, if needed

·          De-Staging when the house sells

Hands-On Staging begins with a meeting with the homeowner and consultation. Photos of the entire house will be taken and a proposal will be submitted within the following business day. Hands-on Staging includes the re-arrangement of furnishings, artwork, etc. to make the home appear as large as possible and have a “Oh Wow” look. The emphasis will be on making sure it will photograph well. It includes de-cluttering and de-personalizing. We do clean as we go, but the home will need to be professionally cleaned prior to Staging. We recommend having the carpet professionally cleaned by Chem-Dry after Staging. Any excess furnishings will be stored wherever the homeowner designates. The home will be ready for professional photos when we are finished.

3. We can Stage just a few Key rooms (typically rooms such as the Family Room, Dining Room, Living Room, Master Bedroom/Bathroom, Kitchen, etc.).

4. We can Stage Vacant properties too!

This level of Staging is for vacant homes that do not show well empty. Homes with unusual floor plans or small rooms benefit from this level of Staging. Furniture will be selected from either Cort or Brook Furniture by Final Touch Home Staging with the homeowner’s approval. Furniture is rented for a minimum of 3 months and the homeowner pays the furniture company directly. Final Touch Home Staging will pass on their discount to the homeowner. Accessories (lamps, artwork, bedding, towels, rugs, countertop accessories) will be leased from FTHS on a monthly basis.
